STRIMS, May 9 information webinar dedicated to the competent Authorities

An information webinar will be held next Tuesday, from 11 to 12, during which the functions of the STRIMS portal will be illustrated to the competent Authorities responsible for issuing the authorization for category B practices.

ISIN has recently completed the procedure to allow the competent Authorities to register and access STRIMS: starting from 25 May 2023 it will in fact be possible to proceed, in addition to the registration, also with the transmission of information relating to the authorization measures, as required by the 'art. 52, paragraph 5 and Annex XIV – Section III of Legislative Decree no. 101/2020.

The competent Authorities, each within the scope of their own institutional functions, will also be able to make use of the information registered by the operators on STRIMS by accessing the area reserved for administrations for consultation.
