STRIMS, from 25 May 2023 activates a new function dedicated to the competent Authorities

Starting tomorrow, within the STRIMS portal, a section dedicated to the competent Authorities will be active, in which the authorization provisions (Nulla Osta Cat.B) can be uploaded

The initiative was born with the aim of fully implementing the provisions of article 52, paragraph 5 and Annex XIV - Section III of Legislative Decree n. 101/2020, concerning the obligation to register and transmit information on nulla osta for category B practices by the competent authorities.

By competent Authorities we mean exclusively:

-   structures identified with the Laws of the Regions and of the autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano, for the authorizations of practices in the health sector, taking into account the constraints pursuant to article 8, paragraph 2 and article 52, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree no. 101/2020;
-   the Prefects, for the authorizations of all practices other than those of the health sector.
With a note dated 28 April 2023, sent to all the Prefectures, Regions and Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano, the ISIN provided operational indications to allow them to register and transmit information on the STRIMS portal.
